Heavy duty Gantry style Cartesian Palletiser
Heavy duty gantry type Cartesian palletiser with footprint, suitable for handling RSC cases, jerry cans and shrink‐ wrapped packs.
Two‐stage telescopic vertical arm is provided to reduce the machine overall height.
All 4 cartesian axis are powered by vector type frequency inverters and controlled by absolute type encoders. Several gripper heads are available for handling different products, with either side clamps or vacuum operated, including the facility for pads insertion between layers. Max payload 120 kg.
Pack infeed conveyors can be designed for either single or multiple picking following your need.
Equipped with pallet conveyors, empty pallet destacker and if required device for pads insertion between layers. No manual adjustment required at the product format changeover.
Standard pallet sizes 1000 x 1200mm and/or 800 x 1200mm up to 2.0m tall.
Output: up to 6 cycles/minute (*)
