Semi-Automatic Lift-off Depalletiser
Semi‐automatic lift‐off type depalletiser featured with air bags gripper suitable for handling cylindrical glass bottles. Manual adjustment required at the product format changeover. ‐ Quick operation with no need of tools.
This machine required an operator to driving the gripper head along the depalletising operation, which also must remove the layer separators.
Option layer centring device to ensure a perfect picking.
Equipped with bottles outfeed conveyors with bulk output or aligned on single stream.
Standard pallet size 1000 x 1200mm up to 2.4m tall – Option pallet size 800 x 1200mm.
Output: up to 45 layers/hour dependant from the operator skills.
